Kaylee Gorial
Hi, I’m Kaylee Gorial, founder of Crossroads to Medicine! I’m currently completing my undergraduate education at Rochester Christian University as I work toward my goal of becoming a physician. I founded Crossroads to Medicine to show aspiring healthcare professionals that the path to medicine is not linear and that they should not have to navigate it alone. Through CTM, I hope to strengthen the next generation of medical professionals by making mentorship, meaningful connections, and opportunities in healthcare more accessible.

Nicole Matti
Hi! I'm Nicole, a graduate of Michigan State University with a B.S. in Cognitive and Computational Neuroscience. I'm currently applying to medical school for the 2026–2027 cycle with the goal of pursuing a career in academic neurology. My passions for neuroscience, research, community service, and mentorship inspired me to help build Crossroads to Medicine. I hope to empower aspiring healthcare professionals and foster a community where students can learn, connect, and grow together.

Treasurer Jake Nuttall
I’m Jake Nuttall, an Interdisciplinary Studies major with concentrations in Pre-Medical Studies and Business Management. I’m currently a student-athlete at Rochester Christian University, where I will obtain a B.S. in Natural Sciences. As Treasurer of Crossroads to Medicine, I manage assets and build connections within our organization. I recently completed research this academic term at the University of Michigan, and I’m committed to education, research, and community outreach. I’m beyond excited to be part of the CTM movement.
I am Nour Haweel, an Interdisciplinary Studies major with concentrations in Pre-Medicine and Business, combining my passion for healthcare with an interest in leadership and innovation. As the Secretary of Crossroads to Medicine, I help support our organization through communication and member engagement. I am committed to learning, serving others, and creating opportunities that help students explore careers in healthcare. I am excited to pursue my goal of a career in medicine while supporting those around me and my community.
